We are so excited to celebrate Kathy Ball as our Volunteer of the Month!

After losing her husband, Bill, in April 2021, Kathy found herself with extra time on her hands and a heart ready to serve. Volunteering has been part of her life since she was a teenage candy striper, and she felt drawn to Changed Lives Ministry Resale Store—a place she and Bill often visited together. Through those visits, she discovered CLM’s mission and knew it was something she deeply believed in. With over 30 years of involvement in Al-Anon, Kathy has a passion for encouraging others on their journey.

Her Impact
Kathy loves assisting customers, helping the store shine, and spending time with fellow volunteers and staff. One powerful moment came when a customer, visibly upset, opened up to her. Guided by God, Kathy was able to listen, share her own understanding, and offer hope that helped the woman take an important step forward.
