Staff Spotlight: Welcoming Clayton Thomas as Assistant Manager for the Men’s Ministry

Make it stand out

We are excited to introduce Clayton Thomas, our newly appointed Assistant Manager for the Men’s Ministry at Changed Lives Ministry!

His journey in ministry began in 2010 with Faith Home, where he first felt the call to serve. Since then, he has been faithfully involved in ministry work, walking alongside those in need of encouragement, accountability, and the life-changing truth of the Gospel.

In February 2025, Clayton joined CLM and was soon offered a staff position. His heart for helping men navigate both the program and their walk with Christ has made him an incredible asset to our team. He is grateful for the opportunity to help guide men in their walk through this program and their walk with Christ along with their discipleship.

Before stepping into ministry full-time, Clayton attended the University of South Carolina and spent much of his career in restaurant management. Outside of his work at CLM, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors—whether it’s mountain biking, fishing, camping, or just about anything under the open sky.

Clayton’s life verse is Philippians 3:13-14:

“But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”

We are thrilled to have Clayton as part of the CLM family and look forward to the impact he will continue to have in the lives of the men we serve.
